The Art of Living

A 4-Day Luxury Wellness Retreat by Alma Sanctuary

July 25-28, 2026 | Ellijay, Georgia

Theme: Presence. Beauty. A Life Well Lived.

An invitation to slow down, soften your grip, and remember how to live — not just productively, but beautifully.

Retreat Overview

The Art of Living is a four-day immersive retreat devoted to presence, refinement, and embodied joy.

Set within a serene private estate surrounded by nature, this experience is designed for those who crave spaciousness — time to breathe, to move intentionally to savor meals, conversation, and quiet moments alike.

This retreat is not about fixing or becoming.
It is about inhabiting your life fully.

Through mindful movement, sensory rituals, nourishing cuisine, and curated moments of connection, guests are guided back into rhythm with themselves — learning how to live with greater ease, awareness, and pleasure long after the retreat ends.

This is where luxury meets simplicity.
Where wellness becomes a way of being.

What Awaits You

Daily Movement & Meditation
Gentle morning flows to awaken the body, grounding practices to calm the nervous system, and evening sessions designed to restore balance and presence.

Intentional Nourishment
Chef-prepared, seasonal meals crafted to nourish the body and delight the senses — enjoyed slowly, communally, and without urgency.

Creative & Reflective Rituals
Guided journaling, sensory practices, and contemplative workshops exploring what it means to live with intention, beauty, and authenticity.

Nature Immersion
Quiet walks, outdoor gatherings, and unstructured time to reconnect with the natural world — and your place within it.

Evening Connection & Ceremony
Candlelit dinners, reflective circles, and subtle ritual moments that invite depth, conversation, and shared presence.

The Setting

Nestled on a private 20-acre estate in Georgia’s North Mountain wilderness, Wit’s End is a secluded sanctuary where nature sets the pace. Surrounded by meadows, forest, and flowing mountain streams, the property invites a deep exhale the moment you arrive.

The expansive Reunion House is designed for both gathering and retreat — with vaulted ceilings, warm natural materials, and walls of windows that bring the outdoors in. Long communal tables anchor shared meals, while quiet nooks, fireside spaces, and wooded paths offer moments of solitude and reflection.

Mornings unfold with birdsong and mist rising through the valley. Evenings soften into candlelight, fire circles, and stars overhead.

This is not a resort — it’s a return to presence, connection, and being deeply held by the land.

A Sample Daily Rhythm

Each day unfolds with intention rather than rigidity.

Morning
Gentle movement, meditation, and a nourishing breakfast shared in quiet presence.

Midday
Workshops, creative sessions, or nature immersion — followed by a leisurely lunch and unstructured time to rest, journal, or explore.

Evening
Grounding practices, communal dinners, and reflective gatherings that close the day with warmth and connection.

(Exact programming is curated intentionally and shared with guests prior to arrival.)
