Golden Hour Pilates by XO Pilates Co.

Soak up golden hour with an all-levels mat Pilates class featuring a feel-good flow of core work, mobility, and full-body movement to strengthen and energize—with modifications throughout.

No experience needed, and we'll have a mat waiting for you.

Candlelit Sound Bath by Alma

Melt into your mat as the sun goes down for a deeply restorative sound meditation featuring singing bowls and flickering candlelight—the perfect exhale after your Pilates flow.

Social + Treats

Stay after to connect! Sip on a seasonal fall beverage, snack on a signature Alma grazing table, and enjoy (or inhale, we're not judging) a slice of special-edition Freida Bakeshop cake. IYKYK.
